PC Support...

The PC Support I offer is just 'general' support, I can't fix PC's which won't work or install new parts for you. All I can do is give advice and offer guidance.

If need be I can dial into your PC (with your permission of course) to help you install/uninstall software, show you how to perform certain tasks, etc.

To dial in I use Join Me its free software and all you need to do is download the file, give me the code it generates and I can dial in. Also note that whatever you see on your screen is what I can see, I cannot gain access to private files/information, whatever I see is what you see. And when done I close the screen and can no longer see what you are doing, so any personal files you have are completely safe.
