Personal Details

 I am punctual, honest and trustworthy. I am positive with a friendly disposition and a professional telephone manner.

I have a high standard of computer skills, with a vast knowledge of different computer packages, which include Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Photoshop.  I also have a good knowledge of WordPress which I use in designing sites for other people through my website (http://www.johniley.com).

I enjoy reading various books including autobiographies and fictional novels as well as walking, listening to music and watching movies.

CMS UK Ltd, Gateshead

Administrator – November 2019 – July 2020

Full-time position. Working within the Catering Department as Administrator with the following duties:

  • Accepting jobs, via telephone or email, then booking them in for the engineers using Fixzone
  • Maintaining training records of our engineers were up to date using Sharepoint

Bel Valves, Newcastle upon Tyne

Administrator – October 2017 – November 2019

Full-time position. Working within the Operations Department as Administrator with the following duties:

  • Creating automated daily reports using Microsoft Excel
